Abstract:

在诊断幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的非侵入性检测中,尿素呼气试验(UBT)具有很高的敏感性与特异性,是最常用的检测方法,但在临床中易受到多种因素干扰从而影响检测效果。近年来,粪便抗原检测(HpSA)以其较高的敏感性与特异性以及较低的成本成为诊断Hp感染的常用检测方法,本文将评价尿素呼气试验易出现假阴性的患者中实行粪便抗原检测的可靠性以及其诊断意义。
Among the non-invasive tests for the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, the urea breath test (UBT) has high sensitivity and specificity and is the most commonly used test, but it is suscep-tible to interference by various factors in the clinical setting, thus affecting the effectiveness of the test. In recent years, Hp stool antigen test (HpSA) has become a common test for the diagnosis of Hp infection due to its high sensitivity and specificity and low cost. In this paper, we will evaluate the reliability and diagnostic value of stool antigen test in patients with false negative urea breath test.
