传统文化对企业人力资源管理的影响分析

Abstract:
传统文化都是千年历史中积淀出来的独特产物,具有中华民族博大深厚悠久的文化底蕴。利用中华民族传统思想文化资源做好社会人力资源开发的研究投资实践与人力资源开发,可以持续不断的提升国家人力资源战略管理水平。通过研究发现传统文化能够带动员工的积极性,推动企业发展,也会导致企业人才流失,思想禁锢缺乏创新,导致企业人力资源管理落后于时代发展。本文从本土企业角度上出发,分析总结了中华民族传统文化对国内企业人力资源及管理活动的实际影响并为此提出相应的实施对策。
Traditional culture is a unique product of thousands of years of history, with profound and profound cultural deposits of the Chinese nation. Making good use of the traditional thought and culture resources of the Chinese nation in the research, investment and practice of social human resource development can continuously improve the level of national human resource strategic management. Through the research, it is found that traditional culture can drive the enthusiasm of employees and promote the development of enterprises, but also lead to the brain drain of enterprises, ideological imprisonment and lack of innovation, resulting in enterprise human resource management behind the development of The Times. From the perspective of local enterprises, this paper analyzes and summarizes the actual impact of Chinese traditional culture on human resources and management activities of domestic enterprises and puts forward corresponding implementation countermeasures.
