黔东南脱贫地区少数民族农村特色产业深度开发对策研究
Research on Countermeasures for Depth Exploitation of the Characteristic Industries in Southeast Guizhou Ethnic Rural Areas

黔东南少数民族农村自然资源、民族民俗资源丰富。由于历史、文化、社会、地理因素的影响，特色产业得不到很好的开发和利用，影响和制约了脱贫攻坚成果的巩固与拓展、乡村振兴的推进。在乡村振兴战略的指导下，应用大数据在内的信息技术，围绕农林牧副渔等传统特色产品产业、自然风光与民族民俗旅游业、民俗文化艺术产业等进行少数民族农村特色产业深度开发对策研究，十分必要。文章对黔东南脱贫地区少数民族农村特色产业开发现状及影响产业深度开发的主要问题进行了分析，提出了策略建议。
The ethnic minorities in southeastern Guizhou rural are rich in natural resources and ethnic folklore resources. Due to the influence of historical, cultural, social and geographical factors, characteristic industries cannot be well developed and utilized. The consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and the promotion of rural revitalization is influenced and restricted by it. It is very necessary to research on depth exploitation of ethnic rural industries, combine agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline fishing and other traditional feature product industries, natural scenery and ethnic folk tourism, folk culture and art industries, with the application of information technology big data, under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy. The article analyzes the current situation of characteristic industry exploitation in southeast Guizhou province, analyzes the main problems, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
