用博弈论探讨农村老年人养老方式的选择

伴随着人口老龄化的加剧，养老问题也不断凸显，农村老年人的养老模式的发展对于农村老年人来说非常重要。文章通过构建农村老年人、子女、养老机构的三方博弈矩阵进行分析，影响农村老年人养老方式选择的因素，以及子女和养老机构的选择对农村老年人养老的影响，并分析农村与城市养老方式选择的差异。农村老年人养老方式的选择受到心理因素、经济因素等的影响，面对去养老机构老年人存在顾虑需要政府以及养老机构等多方的共同努力，需要促使农村老年人、子女的观念转变，也需要更多的养老模式、还需要智能科技的引入。通过博弈论的方法对各方利益的分析发掘各方之间存在的问题从而有利于农村养老的不断发展。
With the intensification of population aging, the problem of pension is also becoming prominent, and the development of the pension mode of the rural elderly is very important for the rural elder-ly. Through the construction of a tripartite game matrix between the rural elderly, children and pension institutions, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the choice of rural elderly pension methods, as well as the influence of children and pension institutions on the pension of rural elderly people. And the article analyzes the differences in the choice of rural and urban pension methods. The choice of the way of providing for the elderly in rural areas is affected by psychological factors, economic factors, etc., and in the face of concerns about the elderly in pension institutions, the gov-ernment and pension institutions and other parties need to work together. All parties need to pro-mote the concept of rural elderly and children to change, and also need more pension models, but also need the introduction of intelligent technology. Through the analysis of the interests of all par-ties through the method of game theory, the problems existing between the parties are explored, which is conducive to the continuous development of rural pensions.
