医疗服务可及性对老年人健康的影响——基于2018年CLHLS数据分析

Abstract:
目的：分析医疗服务可及性对老年人健康产生的影响。方法：运用2018年CLHLS数据，利用OLS模型和工具变量法分析医疗服务可及性与ADL健康得分的关系，并且对结果进行了稳健性检验。结果：研究发现医疗服务可及性对老年人的健康呈现出显著的正相关关系。依据老年人的经济状况和离医疗服务机构距离划分不同群体做异质性分析发现：经济状况差和距离医疗机构近的老年人的医疗服务可及性对健康的影响更显著。其次，老年人的健康还受到生活行为习惯等因素的影响。因此，本文提出要从经济和医疗空间上提高医疗服务的可及性，给予老年人更多的帮助，以促进老年人的健康发展。
Objective: To analyze the impact of access to medical services on the health of the elderly. Methods: The relationship between access to medical services and ADL health scores was analyzed by OLS model and instrumental variable method using CLHLS data in 2018, and the robustness of the re-sults was tested. Results: The study found that the accessibility of medical services showed a signif-icant positive correlation with the health of the elderly. According to the economic status of the el-derly and the distance from medical service institutions, different groups were divided into heter-ogeneous analysis and found that the access to medical services of the elderly with poor economic status and close to medical institutions had a more significant impact on health. Secondly, the health of the elderly is also affected by factors such as lifestyle habits. Therefore, this paper propos-es to improve the accessibility of medical services from the economic and medical space, and give more help to the elderly to promote the health of the elderly.
