我国公民政治参与行为的影响因素研究——基于CGSS2017数据的实证分析
Study on the Influencing Factors of Citizens’ Political Participation in China—Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2017 Data

政治参与是现代民主政治的重要内容，也是民主政治发展的本质要求和重要尺度。本文基于CGSS 2017年全国抽样调查数据，对我国公民政治参与行为的影响因素进行分析。研究发现，社会信任、互联网能打破社会阶层固化状况对公民政治参与行为具有正向促进作用。政治团体组织活动参与频度对公民政治参与行为具有负向消极影响。同时，人口学特征变量如性别、年龄和受教育程度在一定程度上也影响公民的政治参与行为。因此，提高公民政治参与兴趣、培养公众政治参与意识、增强公民之间人际信任关系、造就良好的网络社会环境等一系列对策应当是保障我国公民政治参与行为的治理之道。
Political participation is an important part of modern democratic politics, and it is also the essential requirement and important scale of the development of democratic politics. Based on CGSS2017 national sample survey data, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of citizens’ political partic-ipation behavior in China. It is found that social trust and the Internet can break the social class so-lidification and have a positive effect on citizens’ political participation behavior. The participation frequency of political organizations has a negative impact on citizens’ political participation behav-ior. At the same time, demographic variables such as gender, age and education also affect citizens’ political participation behavior to some extent. Therefore, a series of countermeasures such as im-proving citizens’ interest in political participation, cultivating public awareness of political partici-pation, enhancing interpersonal trust between citizens, and creating a good network social envi-ronment should be the way to protect the governance of citizens’ political participation in China.
