Abstract:

医教协同既要重视青年医师临床理论及实践能力的培训,还应加强对青年医师逻辑思维及创新能力的培养。本文通过阐述“望、问、查、记、讲、写、刊、创”8种能力的内涵和要求,研究青年医师学习医学知识从模仿到思考、从模仿到创造转变的意义和作用,探讨现代医学教育教学改革模式对培养卓越临床医师的影响。
The medicine-education cooperation should not only attach importance to the clinical theory and practical ability of residents, but also strengthen the training of young physicians’ logical thinking and innovation ability. This paper explains the intension and requirements of the eight abilities, which include “looking, inquiring, examining, recording, presenting, writing, publishing, and creating”, investigates the role and significance of the transformation of young doctors’ method of learning medical knowledge from imitation to thinking, from imitation to creation, and explores the impact of teaching reform mode of modern medical education on the cultivation of excellent clinicians.
