《左传》是先秦经典，也是我国迄今为止发现的成书最早的编年体史书，而“郑伯克段于鄢”即发生在开篇的《隐公元年》，古今诸多学者对该事件的研究论著不胜枚举，此事中涉及到的“京”、“制”、“共”这几个地名考证无太大争议，但其中关于“鄢”地所在仍有分歧。从春秋时期兵农合一的军制、要塞不设常备军的战争形态以及周郑关系交恶的政治环境来看，“鄢”地位于“邬”即今河南偃师南的说法是具有合理性的。
Zuo Zhuan is a classic of the pre-Qin
Dynasty, and it is also the earliest chronicle history book found in our
country so far, while Zheng Bo Ke Duan Yu Yan takes place in the first year of
Yin Gong at the beginning. There are numerous ancient and modern scholars’
research works on this event, and there is not much controversy on the textual
research of the place names “Jing”, “Zhi” and “Gong” involved in this matter,
but there are still differences about the location of “Jing”. From the point of
view of the military system of the integration of soldiers and peasants in the
Spring and Autumn period, the war form of the fortress without a standing army,
and the political environment of the bad relationship between Zhou and Zheng,
it is reasonable to say that “Yi” is in the “Wu”, that is, Yanshi Nan in Henan
Province.
