酿酒工程专业《化工原理》课程教学现状调查与教学改进 Investigation of Study Status of Unit Operations of Chemical Engineering for the Specialty of Brewing Engineering and the Corresponding Teaching Improvement
《化工原理》是酿酒工程专业一门重要的专业基础课程,为了解笔者所在高校酿酒工程专业学生学习本课程的情况,采用问卷调查法就教材和教授内容的难易程度、必需的基本知识储备、课内外学习情况及实践教学环节对理论课程学习的作用等方面开展调查研究。根据调查研究结果,笔者提出优化教材、调整授课知识点难度、利用线上线下相结合的教学方式、强化课前预习和课后复习以及强化实践教学环节等方面的改进措施,以期提升本课程的教学效果。
Unit Operations of Chemical Engineering is an important professional basic course for the specialty of brewing engineering. In order to understand study status of the students majoring in brewing engineering in the authors’ university, the questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate difficulty of teaching materials and teaching contents, the necessary basic knowledge, the learning status inside and outside class and the role of practical courses in learning the theoretical curriculum. Finally, as to improve the teaching effect of this course, the measures have been put forward including optimizing teaching materials and adjusting the difficulty of knowledge points, actively us-ing the teaching methods of online and offline modes, intensifying the process of preview and review, and strengthening practical courses.
