呼吸与危重症医学科护士肺康复知信行调查分析 Investigation and Analysis of Knowledge, Belief and Practice of Pulmonary Rehabilitation among Nurses in Respiratory and Critical Care Department
目的：调查呼吸科护士肺康复知信行现状。方法：在2021年2月~2022年3月期间，采用问卷调查的形式对我市8所三级医疗机构90名呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员进行问卷调查，并采用统计学方法分析影响呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员肺康复知信行的影响因素。结果：护理人员肺康复知信行总分(95.19 ± 14.38)，条目均分(3.17 ± 1.55)分，均处于“一般”水平。二元逻辑回归分析显示是否接受过肺康复相关培训是护理人员肺康复知信行关键影响因素。结论：呼吸与危重症医学科护士肺康复知信行均有待提高，护管人员应重视对护理人员的教育培训，以提高整体护理质量。
Objective: To investigate
the current situation of knowledge, belief and practice of pulmonary rehabilitation among nurses in respiratory
department. Methods: from February 2021 to March 2022, a questionnaire survey
was conducted among 90 nurses in the Department of respiratory and critical
medicine in 8 tertiary medical institutions in our city, and the influencing
factors of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge and behavior of nurses in the
Department of respiratory and critical medicine were analyzed by statistical
method. Results: The total score of knowledge, belief and practice of nursing
staff in lung rehabilitation was (95.19 ± 14.38), and the average score of
items was (3.17 ± 1.55). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that
whether they had received lung rehabilitation training was the key influencing
factor of nurses’ knowledge, belief and practice of lung rehabilitation.
Conclusion: The knowledge, belief and practice of pulmonary rehabilitation of
nurses in respiratory and critical care medicine department need to be
improved. Nursing staff should pay attention to the education and training of
nursing staff in order to improve the overall nursing quality.
