肾内科患者健康教育需求与护理对策分析

Abstract:

目的:调查了解肾内科患者的健康教育需求情况,针对性采用临床护理对策。方法:采用简单随机抽样的方式在2021年1月~2022年4月选择我院肾内科收治的90例住院患者作为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查,主要调查内容包括健康教育形式、内容等。结果:从健康教育形式调查结果来看,患者需求度排在前三位的分别为当面宣教(87.78%)、健康宣传栏展示(62.22%)、宣传手册(53.33%)。从健康教育内容调查结果来看,患者需求度排在前五位的分别为疾病诊断(77.78%)、发病原因(76.67%)、用药指导(65.56%)、有害因素(65.56%)和疾病防控(63.33%)。结论:肾内科患者对于疾病知识的获取感总体上比较强烈,患者更倾向于近距离的当面宣教方式,在健康教育内容上主要是疾病相关知识,护理人员要针对调查结果采取针对性的健康教育举措,提升患者的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the health education needs of patients in nephrology department and adopt clinical nursing countermeasures. Methods: 90 hospitalized patients in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital were selected by simple random sampling from January 2021 to April 2022. They were investigated by questionnaire. The main contents of the survey included the form and content of health education. Results: According to the survey results of health education forms, the top three patients’ needs were face-to-face education (87.78%), health bulletin board display (62.22%) and brochure (53.33%). From the survey results of health education content, the top five patients’ needs are disease diagnosis (77.78%), causes of disease (76.67%), medication guidance (65.56%), harmful factors (65.56%) and disease prevention and control (63.33%). Conclusion: Patients in nephrology department have a strong sense of acquiring disease knowledge on the whole. Patients prefer close face-to-face publicity and education. The content of health education is mainly disease-related knowledge. Nurses should take targeted health education measures according to the survey results to improve patients’ satisfaction.
