大数据环境下高校档案信息化建设研究

随着社会信息化深度与广度的不断拓展，借助大数据技术与信息化设备为高校档案管理工作带来了发展契机的同时，也带来了诸多挑战。档案信息化建设是衡量高校档案管理工作质量与效率的根本指标，对于高校的发展具有重要的意义。文章以大数据环境为背景，指出高校档案管理信息化建设过程中存在的问题并提出合理的建议，为高校档案管理信息化建设提供参考。
Along with the social informatization depth and the breadth of unceasing expansion, with the help of big data technology and information equipment, college archives management has not only brought development opportunities, but also brought many challenges. The construction of archives informatization is a fundamental index to measure the quality and efficiency of archives management in colleges and universities, and it is of great significance to the development of colleges and universities. Based on the background of the big data environment, this paper points out the problems existing in the process of informatization construction of university archives management and puts forward some reasonable suggestions, which can provide a reference for the informatization construction of university archives management.
