思政教育联合“CBL”在肝胆外科临床见习教学中的应用

Abstract:
目的:探讨思政教育联合以案例为基础的教学方法(Cased-Based Learning, CBL)在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取海军军医大学2018级72名学生为研究对象,按照随机化原则,分为研究组(采用思政教育联合“CBL”教学法)和对照组(采用“CBL”教学法或传统临床教学法)进行分组教学。临床教学结束后,通过理论考核成绩和问卷调查结果评估教学效果。结果:研究组客观理论考核成绩及主观问卷调查结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:在肝胆外科的临床教学中,思政教育融入“CBL”教学法在提高学生理论知识掌握程度、激发学习兴趣和主动性、促进临床思维培养、锻炼团队协作能力、提升教学满意度等方面有显著效果,值得在临床教学中进一步推广。
Purpose: To explore the application effect of ideological and political education combined with Case-Based Learning (CBL) in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery. Method: A total of 72 students in the 2018 grade of a military medical university were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of randomization, they were divided into a research group (using ideological and political education combined with “CBL” teaching method) and a control group (using “CBL” teaching method or traditional clinical teaching method) for group teaching. After the clinical teaching is over, the teaching effect is evaluated through the results of theoretical assessment and questionnaire survey. Results: The results of objective theoretical assessment and subjective questionnaire survey in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery, the integration of ideological and political education into the “CBL” teaching method can improve students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge, stimulate learning interest and initiative, promote the cultivation of clinical thinking, exercise teamwork ability, and improve teaching satisfaction. It has a significant effect and is worthy of further promotion in clinical teaching.
