人口老龄化对养老保险基金影响及对策研究
Research on the Influence of Population Aging on Endowment Insurance Fund and Countermeasures

目前人口老龄化的快速发展制约着我国养老保险金制度的进一步发展，我国庞大的老年人口对我国养老保险基金的管理造成了一定的冲击。从实证分析角度研究发现人口老龄化与养老保险基金有密切的关系，是造成养老保险基金支出压力的主要原因。并由此找到应对支出压力过大的对策，为保障我国养老保险基金的可持续运营提供改革建议。
The rapid development of population aging restricts the further development of my country’s old- age insurance system. My country’s huge elderly population has a certain impact on the manage-ment of my country’s old-age insurance funds. From the perspective of empirical analysis, there is close relationship between population aging and endowment insurance funds, which is the main reason for the pressure on endowment insurance funds. And thus find the countermeasures to deal with excessive expenditure pressure, and provide reform suggestions for ensuring the sustainable operation of my country’s old-age insurance funds.
