高校干部人事档案工作是高校干部选育管用链条中的重要一环，是高校落实全面从严治党的有效抓手。目前高校干部人事档案工作各个环节仍存在诸多问题，亟需在思想意识、工作作风、制度体系、监督执纪等方面加强档案工作的从严治理体系，切实发挥档案对维护干部人才合法权益和党内良好政治生态的基础性作用。
The Personnel Archives work of university cadres is an important link in the chain of university cadre selection, cultivation, management, and appointment. It’s an effective starting point for universities to implement full and strict governance over the Party. At present, there are still many problems in each link of the Personnel Archives work of university cadres. It is urgent to strengthen the strict management system on ideology, work style, institution system, discipline supervision, and enforcement, and give full play to the basic role of archives in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of cadres and talents and the good political ecology of the Party.
