高校是开展大学生思想政治教育的主阵地，肩负着人才培养的重要使命。大学生心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育的一项重要内容，也是大学生健康发展的基本保障，对培养全面发展的中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人起到关键作用。在疫情防控常态化背景下，高校应立足于全员全程全方位的视域，探析有效的大学生心理健康教育路径，助力大学生平稳度过大学时期，开启平安、快乐学习生活。
Colleges and universities are the main field of ideological and political education for college stu-dents and shoulder the important mission of talent training. Mental health education for college students is an important part of ideological and political education, and also a basic guarantee for the healthy development of college students. It plays a key role in training qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, colleges and universities should explore effective ways of mental health education for students based on the perspective of “three-in-one education” so as to help college students spend their college days smoothly and start a safe and happy study life.
