卒中后疲劳相关危险因素的研究

Abstract:
脑卒中(Stroke)是常见的心脑血管疾病,严重威胁着人类的健康。流行病学研究显示,脑卒中是我国居民首位致死、致残的疾病。脑卒中患者的临床并发症很多,其中卒中后疲劳是中风最常见且持久的后遗症,卒中后疲劳(fatigue after stroke, PSF)的病因尚不清楚,治疗也相对局限。本综述旨在研究卒中后疲劳的相关危险因素,为脑卒中患者的临床康复提供帮助。
Stroke is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease that seriously threatens human health. Epidemiological studies have shown that stroke is the first fatal and disabling disease in Chinese residents. There are many clinical complications in stroke patients, of which post-stroke fa-tigue is the most common and long-lasting sequela of stroke, and the etiology of post-stroke fatigue (PSF) is still unclear and the treatment is relatively limited. The aim of this review was to determine the risk factors associated with studying post-stroke fatigue and provide help for the clinical reha-bilitation of stroke patients.
