磷酸铁建设项目环境风险事故模拟研究

Abstract:
当前新能源汽车产业加速发展,磷酸铁锂电池是新能源汽车的动力电池之一,磷酸铁锂电池生产项目逐渐增多。磷酸铁项目生产过程中涉及的化学品主要有氨水、磷酸、硫酸铵等。本文以某拟建磷酸铁生产项目为例,阐述了环境风险评价事故模拟过程及情景设定选取方法。分析表明,拟建项目在最不利气象条件下,大气终点浓度出现最远距离小于200 m;厂区设置事故污水三级防控体系,可确保生产事故污水、污染消防水处于受控状态,不排入外环境。本研究为类似建设项目环境风险事故模拟提供有益参考,为建设项目环境风险防控提供科学依据。
At present, the development of the new energy vehicle industry is accelerating. Lithium iron phosphate battery is one of the power batteries for new energy vehicles, and the production projects of lithium iron phosphate battery are gradually increasing. The chemicals involved in the production process of iron phosphate project mainly include ammonia, phosphoric acid, ammonium sulfate, etc. Taking a proposed iron phosphate production project as an example, this paper expounds the accident simulation process of environmental risk assessment and the selection method of scenario setting. The analysis shows that under the most unfavorable meteorological conditions, the farthest distance of atmospheric end-point concentration is less than 200 m; a three-level accident sewage prevention and control system is set in the plant area to ensure that the production accident sewage and polluted fire water are under control and not discharged into the external environment. This study provides a useful reference for the environmental risk accident simulation of similar construction projects, and provides a scientific basis for the environmental risk prevention and control of construction projects.
