公平与信任会带来参与吗？——社会公平、人际信任与基层选举参与的关系研究
Will Fairness and Trust Lead to Participation?—Research on the Relationship between Social Equity, Interpersonal Trust and Grassroots Election Participation

社会公平和人际信任同属于个体的社会心理感知，一个社会的公平程度和普遍信任的高低是影响这一社会幸福程度和成员满足感的重要因素。为了实现社会更好更快发展，提高公民政治参与意愿，提升公民自治能力，实现公民基层选举参与的普遍化是必要的。本文通过建立二元Logistic回归模型，分析社会公平、人际信任程度对基层选举参与的影响关系。研究发现，社会公平以及人际信任都对基层选举参与有着显著的正相关影响，社会公平感知较高的个体和人际信任程度高的个体都更加积极地参与到基层选举中，因此政府应该在分配中重视效率原则以及在文化中重视信任构建。
Social justice and interpersonal trust both belong to an individual’s social psychological perception. The level of fairness and general trust in a society is an important factor affecting the level of social happiness and member satisfaction. In order to achieve better and faster development of society, it is necessary to increase citizens’ willingness to participate in politics, to enhance citizens’ ability to self-govern, and to universalize citizens’ participation in grass-roots elections. By establishing a bi-nary Logistic regression model, this paper analyzes the relationship between social equity and in-terpersonal trust on grassroots election participation. The study found that both social equity and interpersonal trust had a significant positive correlation with grassroots election participation. In-dividuals with higher perceptions of social justice and individuals with higher interpersonal trust participated more actively in grassroots elections. Therefore, the government should pay attention to the principle of efficiency in distribution and the construction of trust in culture.
