卒中后抑郁的识别和评估

Abstract:
卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression, PSD)目前是卒中发生后常出现的并发症之一,大量研究表明PSD与卒中的不良预后密切相关,早期识别和正确评估PSD对于PSD的诊治尤为重要。本文将针对如何进行PSD的识别和评估从流行病学、发病机制、诊断标准的角度对近年来的相关研究进展进行综述。
Post-stroke depression (PSD) is currently one of the common complications after stroke. A large number of studies have shown that PSD is closely related to the poor prognosis of stroke. Early identification and correct assessment of PSD are particularly important for the diagnosis and treatment of PSD. This article will review the recent research progress on how to identify and eval-uate PSD from the perspectives of epidemiology, pathogenesis, and diagnostic criteria.
