Abstract:

文章结合“产教融合、校企合作”模式,从医疗器械专业建设出发,阐述了目前“双师型”师资团队所存在的问题;同时对医疗器械专业“双师型”师资建设的推进策略开展了论述及实证,通过行业资源整合丰富教师资源库,分批多层次多模式提升教师教学素质,利用现有社会发展条件拓展教师眼界,以服务当地为平台建立师资实践路径,从而全面提升“双师型”教师的理论水平和实践能力,促进行业发展以满足社会对医疗器械人才的需求。
Combined with the mode of “integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation”, starting from the construction of medical device specialty, this paper expounds the problems existing in the current “double qualified” teacher team; at the same time, it discusses and demonstrates its promotion strategy, with enriching the teacher resource through the integration of industry resources, improving the teaching ability with multi-level and multi-mode, expanding horizons by using the existing social development conditions, and establishing teachers’ practice path by serving local enterprises, so as to comprehensively improve the theoretical level and practical ability of “double qualified” teachers, to promote the development of the industry and meet the social demand for medical device talents.
