高校学生微腐败容忍度现状及其影响因素

Abstract:
高校学生的腐败观是廉洁教育的重要内容。作为现阶段和未来反腐工作的重要参与力量，了解高校学生对微腐败的认知与态度有助于开展源头治理。本文在实证调查基础上，从微腐败基本认知、具体形式接受程度以及微腐败所带来影响的看法上深入分析高校学生的微腐败容忍度现状。研究发现，高校学生总体呈现出腐败零容忍趋势，对反腐斗争的未来不甚乐观；对于微腐败的具体形式存在显著的容忍度差异，更不能容忍违背学生干部宗旨(服务学生)以及涉及到经济因素的微腐败行为。基于此，提出从个人、学校、社会出发构建多元反腐环境。
The concept of corruption of university students is an important content of integrity education. As an important participant in the current and future anti-corruption work, understanding university students’ cognition and attitude toward micro corruption are helpful to carry out source governance. Based on the empirical investigation, this paper deeply analyzes the micro corruption tolerance of university students from the basic cognition of micro corruption, the acceptance of specific forms, and the impact of micro corruption. The study found that college students generally showed a trend of zero tolerance of corruption and were not optimistic about the future of the anti-corruption struggle; there are significant differences in tolerance for the specific forms of micro corruption, and micro corruption that violates the purpose of student cadres (serving students) and involves economic factors cannot be tolerated. Based on this, it is proposed to build a diversified anti-corruption environment for individuals, schools, and society.
