我国中、西部地区高等教育发展水平实证研究

Abstract:

振兴中、西部高等教育是我国“十四五”规划的重要课题,也是实现我国高等教育均衡发展的关键所在。本文运用因子分析法对代表我国中、西部地区高等教育发展水平的7个指标进行综合评价,得出高等教育规模因子与高等教育财政支持因子是衡量教育发展水平的重要因素。针对研究结果,提出三点建议:提高教育经费的使用效率;注重经济发展水平与高等教育规模之间的协调关系;找准高等教育发展定位,寻求高校发展的适切之路。研究结果对于我国促进中、西部地区的高等教育振兴具有一定的参考意义。
The revitalization of higher education in central and western regions is an important issue in the 14th Five-Year Plan of China, and it is also the key to achieve the balanced development of higher education in China. This paper uses factor analysis to comprehensively evaluate seven indicators representing the development level of higher education in central and western regions of China, and concludes that the higher education scale factor and the higher education financial support factor are important factors in measuring the development level of education. In view of the re-search results, three suggestions are proposed: to improve the efficiency of using education funds; to pay attention to the coordinated relationship between the level of economic development and the scale of higher education; to find out the positioning of higher education development and to seek the appropriate path for the development of colleges and universities. The research results have some implications for relevant government departments to formulate relevant policies and pro-mote the revitalization of higher education in central and western regions.
