Abstract:

我国提出“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,能源转型成为落实“双碳”的主战场,电网企业主动承担排头兵角色,积极推动供应链去碳化发展。全面盘查供应链碳排放有助于电网企业摸清自身排放强度,识别出供应链全链业务排放源,为精准制定减排策略提供支持。本文通过借鉴国内外企业碳排放核算的理论方法,构建一套系统科学的电网供应链碳排放核算方法,为电网企业推进供应链绿色低碳转型开好头、起好步。
With the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” presented by China, energy transformation has become the main battlefield for the implementation of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. Power grid enterprises take the initiative to play the leading role and actively promote the decarbonization of the supply chain. A comprehensive inventory of carbon emissions in the supply chain will help power grid companies to find out their own emission intensity, identify the emission sources of the entire supply chain business, and provide support for the precise formulation of emission reduction strategies. By drawing on the theoretical methods of carbon emission accounting of domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper constructs a systematic and scientific method of carbon emission accounting for the power grid supply chain, which is a good start and a good start for power grid enterprises to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the supply chain.
