Stylistic Features and Translation of English Business Contracts of Coal Mine Machinery under the Background of “The Belt and Road Initiative”

煤矿机械(简称煤机)商务合同具有简洁性、准确性和严谨性，在翻译时务必做到精确无误。且由于煤机行业涉及的合同物品非常多、付款条件、质保期等也不相同等诸多原因，煤机产业中没有固定的合同模本或范本。本文从技术协议的词汇、语句和篇章三个层次，结合大量实例，对煤机英文技术协议的文体特征进行了系统分析，并提出了相应的翻译策略。
Business contracts of coal mining machinery have the characteristics of simplicity, accuracy and rigor. In the translation process, priority must be given to accuracy. As large amounts of machine parts, different terms of payment and warranty period, etc. were involved in business contracts, the coal mining machinery industry had no fixed or standard contract template or model. Based on a number of examples, this paper analyzed the stylistic features of business contracts in terms of vocabulary, syntax and discourse and put forward corresponding translation strategies.
