Abstract:

目的:了解山东大学附属口腔医院护理人员的科研能力现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用科研自评量表,根据科室采用分层抽样的方式,通过发放问卷的形式进行调查。采用SPSS25.0软件进行统计分析,分析影响护理人员科研能力的因素。结果:发放80份问卷,有效回收71份问卷。科研能力自评总得分最高分67分,最低得分10分,总得分平均为(37.27 ± 12.59)分。通过多元分析发现科研能力得分与参加科研培训次数、每周阅读文献篇数以及是否撰写过课题相关,并且具有统计学意义。而与学历、年龄、职称等的关系不具有统计学意义。结论:我院护理人员科研能力处于中等水平;自主学习态度是影响科研能力的一个重要因素。
Objective: To understand the current situation of scientific research ability of nurses in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Shandong University and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: Using the scientific research self-assessment scale, stratified sampling was adopted according to the departments, and the survey was carried out in the form of questionnaire. SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze the factors affecting the scientific research ability of nurses. Results: 80 questionnaires were distributed and 71 questionnaires were effectively recovered. The highest score of the self-assessment of scientific research ability is 67 points, the lowest score is 10 points, and the average total score is (37.27 ± 12.59). Through multivariate analysis, it was found that the score of scientific research ability was related to the number of scientific research training, the number of documents read per week and whether the subject had been written, which was statistically significant. The relationship with school, age and professional title was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The scientific research ability of nursing staff in our hospital is at medium level; Autonomous learning attitude is an important factor affecting scientific research ability.
