Abstract:

目的:从中学生的依恋关系角度出发,将存在孤独和意义危机作为中介变量,探究网络成瘾的内在机制。方法:采用青少年病理性互联网使用量表、存在孤独量表、意义危机量表和亲密关系体验—关系结构量表对河南省某中学435名学生展开问卷调查。结果:1) 网络成瘾和不安全依恋、存在孤独和意义危机均存在显著相关。2) 存在孤独和意义危机在不安全依恋和网络成瘾之间起到链式中介作用。结论:不安全依恋会通过存在孤独和意义危机进一步增强青少年的网络成瘾问题,这启示我们可以考虑降低不安全依恋学生的存在孤独感,开展生命意义教育等活动有效减少网络成瘾问题。
Objective: From the perspective of middle school students’ attachment relationship, this study introduces loneliness and meaning crisis as moderating variables to explore the internal mechanism of Internet addiction. Methods: This study used adolescent Pathological Internet use scale, loneliness scale, meaning crisis scale and intimate relationship experience relationship structure scale to investigate 435 students in a middle school in Henan Province. Results: 1) Internet addiction is significantly correlated with unsafe attachment, loneliness and meaning crisis. 2) Loneliness and meaning crisis play a chain intermediary role between insecure attachment and Internet addiction. Conclusion: Unsafe attachment will further enhance teenagers’ Internet addiction through the existence of loneliness and meaning crisis, which enlightens educators to consider reducing the existence loneliness of unsafe attachment students and carrying out activities such as life meaning education to effectively reduce the problem of Internet addiction.
