大学生冲突应对策略与恋爱满意度的关系研究
The Relationship between Conflict Strategies and Love Satisfaction of College Students

目的：本研究旨在探讨大学生在恋爱中发生冲突时选择的解决策略对其恋爱满意度的影响。方法：采用由沈喻晨编制的冲突应对问卷和吴楠编制的亲密关系满意度量表，对正处于恋爱状态的255名大学生进行测量。结果：1) 大学生在恋爱冲突应对策略中，最倾向于选择沟通合作策略；2) 冲突应对策略里的沟通合作、迁就与亲密关系满意度呈显著正相关，且分别预测18%和9%的变异。本研究提示大学生在恋爱状态下，发生冲突时选择沟通合作等恰当的解决策略可以有效的预测和提升恋爱满意度，促进亲密关系稳定而持久的发展。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of conflict resolution strategies on college students’ love satisfaction. Methods: 255 college students who were in love state were measured by conflict coping questionnaire compiled by Shen Yuchen and intimate relationship satisfaction scale compiled by Wu Nan. Results: 1) Among the coping strategies of love conflict, college students were most inclined to choose the communication and cooperation strategy; 2) Communication, cooperation and accommodation in conflict coping strategies are significantly positively correlated with intimate relationship satisfaction, with 18% and 9% variation predicted, respectively. This study suggests that appropriate strategies such as communication and cooperation can effectively predict and improve love satisfaction and promote the stable and lasting development of intimate relationship among college students when conflicts occur in love state.
