国际商务函电中的模糊限制语研究——基于自建语料库分析
A Study of Hedges in International Business Correspondence—Based on Self-Established Corpus

国际商务函电是世界各国企业与他国企业建立贸易关系、展开贸易往来的重要媒介，模糊限制语在国际商务函电的写作中能够发挥不同的作用，使贸易往来顺利开展。语料库则是指经过科学取样和加工的大规模文本库，储存着大量真实使用过的语料，可以帮助研究者开展相关的应用研究。本文收集了张爱玲与房爱群编写的《国际商务函电》一书中的75篇样信并以此建立相关语料库，使用了Nvivo、Antconc、Lancsbox和Excel软件分析了四类模糊限制语在该语料库的应用。并从商务函电出发，对国际商务函电文本中所出现的模糊限制语进行了定性分析和定量分析，并探讨了模糊限制语在商务函电文本中的语用功能。
International business correspondence is an important medium for enterprises all over the world to establish trade relations and to carry out trade exchanges with enterprises in other countries. Hedges can play different roles in the writing of international business correspondence and make trade exchanges carry out more smoothly. Corpus is an electronic text database used more in recent years. It can store the language materials that have actually appeared in practical application and help researchers carry out relevant applied research. This paper collects 75 sample letters from the book International Business Correspondence written by Zhang Ailing and Fang Aiqun and establishes the relevant corpus, using such tools as Nvivo, AntConc, Lancsbox and Excel to analyze the application of four kinds of Hedges in the corpus. Starting from business correspondence, this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of Hedges in international business correspondence texts and discusses the pragmatic function of Hedges in business correspondence texts.
