共享经济背景下企业灵活用工发展及问题研究
Study on the Development and Problems of Flexible Employment in Enterprises under the Background of Sharing Economy

互联网发展和大数据应用，促进了共享经济发展，劳动力市场结构在时代发展下也发生了变革。短期、临时、批量的灵活用工模式开始进入人们的视野，迎来了发展新机遇，并引起了社会的广泛关注。本文通过对共享经济发展下企业灵活用工模式的概念、特征进行了阐述，并列举了美团外卖、滴滴出行两个典型的平台企业灵活用工案例，总结了此模式给国家、企业、个人带来的优势和面临挑战，最后提出针对性优化建议。
With the development of the Internet and the application of big data, it has promoted the development of the sharing economy, and the structure of the labor market has also undergone changes with the development of the times. The short-term, temporary and batch flexible employment mode has begun to enter people’s vision, ushered in new opportunities for development, and aroused widespread concern in the society. This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of flexible employment mode of enterprises under the development of sharing economy, gives two typical cases of flexible employment of platform enterprises, Meituan Waimai and Didi Chuxing, summarizes the advantages and challenges brought by this mode to the country, enterprises and individuals, and finally puts forward targeted optimization suggestions.
