Abstract:

本研究响应国家限塑令号召,选取农用地膜为切入点,为解决塑料地膜残留问题以及推行可降解地膜,通过文献阅读与实地走访调研了解江苏地区农用地膜现行情况。研究表明,现阶段推行可降解地膜在技术上、价格上、思想上均存在一定难度,由此提出要先在政策上重视,思想上宣传,研究上扶持,打牢推行的基础条件后,再推动生产,补贴购买。
In response to the call of the Plastic Ban, a study was carried out, which selects agricultural film as the starting point. In order to solve the residue of plastic film and promote degradable mulch film, we understood the current situation of agricultural film in Jiangsu Province through literature reading and on-the-spot investigation. The research shows that it is difficult to promote degradable mulch film in technology, price and thoughts. Therefore, it is proposed that we should first formulate specific policies, publicize the benefits of using degradable mulch film, support relevant research to meet the basic conditions, and then promote the production and subsidize the purchase.
