大数据背景下银行数字化转型创新研究——以徽商银行为例

随着互联网与智能移动终端在全球的不断普及与发展，金融行业也紧跟时代潮流，逐渐走上了数字化转型之路。如今，用户利用数字化渠道获取信息已经成为主流。本文将首先分析近年来我国银行的发展状况，找出传统银行存在的问题与风险，将传统银行与“数字化”转型银行进行比较，分析数字化转型银行的优势，并以徽商银行数字化转型为例，总结其措施、成果及不足并提出改进方法，最后结合我国银行的实际情况，总结我国银行实现“数字化”转型的路径与方法及区域性银行转型的侧重点。
With the continuous popularization and development of the Internet and intelligent mobile ter-minals around the world, the financial industry has also followed the trend of the times and gradually embarked on the road of digital transformation. Nowadays, it has become mainstream for users to use digital channels to obtain information. This article will first analyze the development of Chinese banks in recent years, find out the problems and risks of traditional banks, compare traditional banks with “digital” transformation banks, analyze the advantages of digital transformation banks, and take the digital transformation of Huishang Bank as an example, summarize its measures, achievements and shortcomings and propose improvement methods, and finally summarize the path and method of “digital” transformation of Chinese banks and the focus of regional bank transformation in combination with the actual situation of Chinese banks.
