高社会互动频率和社会信任度会促进农民参加基本养老保险吗？——基于CGSS2018的实证分析
Will High Frequency of Social Interaction and High Social Trust Promote Farmers’ Partici-pation in Basic Pension Insurance?—Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2018

本文采用二元Logit回归模型，以2018年中国社会综合调查(CGSS)为基础，围绕社会互动与社会信任对农村居民基本养老保险参保行为的影响展开分析。实证分析的结论是：第一，随着农村居民之间社会互动频率的增加，农民会更愿意参加基本养老保险，社会互动呈现显著的积极影响；其次，社会信任程度的提高对农民参加基本养老保险而言意义突出，因为它有利于不同群体之间的信息交流，就基本养老保险的回报和保障的预期价值而言，这在一定程度上提高了农民对其的预期。因此，为了尽快建成覆盖全民的社会保障体系，政府可以采取相应措施，以此来鼓励农民积极参加基本养老保险。
This paper uses a binary Logit regression model, based on the 2018 China General Social Survey (CGSS), to analyze the impact of social interaction and social trust on rural residents’ basic pension insurance participation behavior. The empirical analysis concludes that, firstly, as the frequency of social interaction among rural residents increases, farmers will be more willing to participate in basic pension insurance, and social interaction shows a significant positive impact; secondly, the in-crease in social trust is of outstanding significance for farmers’ participation in basic pension in-surance, as it facilitates the exchange of information among different groups, which, in terms of the expected value of the returns and guarantees of basic pension insurance, to a certain extent raised farmers’ expectations of it. Therefore, in order to build a social security system covering the whole population as soon as possible, the government can take corresponding measures as a way to en-courage farmers to actively participate in basic pension insurance.
