生态文明视角下企业环境责任探讨
Discussion on Corporate Environmental Responsibility from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

目前企业社会环境责任理论研究虽然发展迅速，但尚未成熟，仍需完善，追求利润最大化与承担社会责任的取舍仍在徘徊，对企业传统目标定位仍占主流地位。为了能实现长久目标和可持续发展，企业必须将环境责任视作一种企业可持续发展的理念以及企业管理的长期战略。因此企业需要通过自觉地履行经济责任、法律责任、道德责任和慈善责任，进而践行可持续发展的战略。本文首先介绍了上市公司的内涵及履行环境责任重要性，进而分析了企业和相关部门现存关于环境责任的问题，并且针对问题提出相应的对策。
At present, although the theoretical research of corporate social environmental responsibility has developed rapidly, it is not yet mature and still needs to be improved. The choice between pursuing profit maximization and undertaking social responsibility is still hovering, and the traditional goal orientation of enterprises is still in the mainstream. In order to achieve long-term goals and sustainable development, enterprises must regard environmental responsibility as a concept of sustainable development and a long-term strategy of enterprise management. Therefore, enterprises need to consciously fulfill their economic, legal, moral and charitable responsibilities, and then practice the strategy of sustainable development. This paper first introduces the connotation of listed companies and the importance of fulfilling environmental responsibility, then analyzes the existing problems of enterprises and relevant departments on environmental responsibility, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
