肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血内镜下治疗研究进展

Abstract:
食管胃静脉曲张(gastroesophageal varices, GOV)是肝硬化失代偿期患者常见的并发症之一,当其发生破裂出血时病情凶险、病死率高,临床治疗较为棘手。由于内镜下治疗具有费用低、治疗效果立竿见影、并发症少等优势,内镜技术近年来得到了飞速的发展。因此,食管胃静脉曲张出血(esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding, EGVB)的内镜治疗成为研究的热点,本文就肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血的内镜治疗时机选择及内镜下治疗方式的研究进展进行综述。
Esophageal and gastric varices are one of the common complications in patients with decompen-sated liver cirrhosis. When rupture hemorrhage occurs, the disease is dangerous, the fatality rate is high, and the clinical treatment is more difficult. Endoscopic therapy has developed rapidly in re-cent years due to its advantages of low cost, immediate therapeutic effect and fewer complications. Therefore, endoscopic treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal hemorrhage has become a re-search hotspot. This article reviews the research progress of endoscopic treatment for esophageal and gastric variceal hemorrhage in cirrhosis.
