强化治疗时间对初发2型糖尿病患者的影响分析

Abstract:
2型糖尿病已成为一个全球性的严重公共卫生问题,在中国糖尿病流行形势尤为严峻。随着医疗技术的不断发展,2型糖尿病的治疗方法趋于多元化、先进化,但仍未能对血糖进行完全有效的控制。2型糖尿病患者具有缺乏及抵抗胰岛素的特点。因此,为实现有效的血糖控制,临床上常对患者进行胰岛素注射。强化治疗作为一种治疗糖尿病患者的方法,通过对胰岛素的生理输送进行模拟,从而使血糖趋于正常。近年来,临床将强化治疗引进到2型糖尿病患者的治疗中,观察其对2型糖尿病的临床疗效。文章对强化治疗时间对初发2型糖尿病患者的影响进行综述。
Type 2 diabetes has become a serious global public health problem, especially in China. With the continuous development of medical technology, the treatment of type 2 diabetes tends to be diver-sified and advanced, but it still fails to control blood glucose effectively. Type 2 diabetes is charac-terized by insulin deficiency and resistance. Therefore, in order to achieve effective blood glucose control, insulin injection is often performed on patients clinically. Intensive therapy is a treatment for diabetics that mimic the physiological delivery of insulin to normalize blood sugar. In recent years, intensive therapy has been introduced into the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes to observe its clinical efficacy. This article reviews the effect of duration of intensive treatment on pa-tients with incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus.
