乡村振兴战略背景下大学生返乡创业意愿影响因素的问卷调查及分析
Questionnaire Survey and Analysis on the Influencing Factors of College Students’ Willingness to Return to Their Hometown to Start a Business under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

为了解和研究农村籍大学生返乡创业的状况、存在的问题及其影响，课题组对湘南地区12个县(市、区)358名返乡大学生创业者开展了一次问卷调查。本文基于问卷调查，对影响农村籍大学生返乡创业意愿的内外在影响因素进行深入分析，通过影响因素与创业能力之间关系的探讨，提出了一些强化湖南省农村籍大学生返乡创业意愿的对策和建议。
In order to understand and study the situation, existing problems and impacts of rural college students returning home to start a business, the research group conducted a questionnaire survey on 358 returning college students and entrepreneurs from 12 counties (cities, districts) in southern Hunan. Based on a questionnaire survey, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the internal and external factors that affect the willingness of rural college students to return to their hometowns to start a business. Through the discussion of the relationship between the influencing factors and entrepreneurial ability, it proposes some countermeasures to strengthen the willingness of rural college students to return to their hometown to start a business in Hunan Province and suggestions.
