As an
important starting point for talent training and moral cultivation in colleges
and universities, the party branch of college students is a bridge and link
between the party and college students. It has the responsibilities of
education, management, supervision of party members, and the function of
ideological and political education.Based on the development of international and
domestic situations, this paper analyzes the significance of the exploration
and research on the training of student party branch secretaries in innovative
colleges and universities. Results, training forms are single, and political leading functions are not obvious. From the
aspects of optimizing top-level design, strengthening ideological
guidance, and classifying training, it puts forward countermeasures to innovate
the training of party branch secretaries in colleges and universities.
