Abstract:

研究旨在构建科学的学前教育专业中本贯通人才培养质量评价指标体系,并确定各项指标权重,为学前教育专业中本贯通人才培养质量提供评价依据。研究通过德尔菲法构建指标体系,并且利用专家排序法确定各级指标权重,最终构建了包括4个一级指标,12个二级指标和37个三级指标的学前教育中本贯通人才培养质量评价指标体系,并确定了各级指标的权重系数。该评价指标体系结构维度及权重分配较为合理,为有效诊断和提升学前教育专业中本贯通人才培养质量提供科学测评依据和循证基础。
The purpose of this study is to construct a scientific evaluation index system for the quality of training quality of talents in pre-school education, and to determine the weights of various indicators, so as to provide an evaluation basis for the quality of training of talents with comprehensive skills in pre-school education. The research constructs the index system through the Delphi method, and uses the expert ranking method to determine the weights of indicators at all levels, and finally constructs the quality of talent training in preschool education, including 4 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators, evaluating the index system and determining the weight coefficients of indicators at all levels. The structural dimensions and weight distribution of the evaluation index are relatively reasonable, and provide a scientific evaluation basis and an evidence-based basis for effectively diagnosing and improving the quality of talent training in pre-school education.
