新冠疫情下医务人员心理健康调查——基于福州、厦门三甲医院援鄂医务人员样本调查 Mental Health Survey of Medical Staff under the New Crown Epidemic—Based on a Sample Survey of Medical Staff in Fuzhou and Xiamen’s Top Three Hospitals in Hubei
目的:为重大疫情等公共危机事件下,健全完善医疗管理系统心理健康保障体制机制提供参考,改善、提升医务人员心理健康水平的相关意见和建议。方法:使用自编一般情况问卷和一般健康问卷(GHQ-12),对福建支援湖北医务人员的心理健康状况及影响因素进行分析,总结减轻福建支援湖北医疗人员的心理应激反应。结果:性别在躯体症状和抑郁因子上的分数无显著性差异,年龄、学历、婚姻、职务、职称、科室流转经历、重大卫生事件经历、心理调适方法了解程度在躯体症状和抑郁因子的分数上存在显著性差异。结论:在医务工作中,特别是突发重大公共卫生事件状况下,应该着重关注年龄较大、高学历、高职称、已婚、医生群体,无科室流转经历人群和参加过重大公共卫生事件经历人群的心理健康状况,加大力度科普心理调适方法,从社会、医疗系统、个人层面,保障医护人员的心理健康。
Objective: To provide reference for
improving and perfecting the mental health guarantee system and mechanism of
the medical management system under public crisis events such as major
epidemics, and to provide relevant opinions and suggestions for improving and
enhancing the mental health level of medical staff. Methods: Using self-made
general situation questionnaire and general health questionnaire (GHQ-12), the
mental health status and influencing factors of Fujian medical staff supporting
Hubei were analyzed, and the psychological stress response of Fujian supporting
Hubei medical staff was summarized. Results: There was no significant
difference in the scores of somatic symptoms and depression factors between
genders. Age, education, marriage, job title, professional title, department
transfer experience, experience of major health events, and understanding of
psychological adjustment methods were found in the scores of somatic symptoms
and depression factors. There are significant differences. Conclusion: In
medical work, especially in the case of major public health emergencies, we
should pay more attention to the mental health of the older, highly educated,
highly professional, married, and doctor groups, those who have no experience
in department circulation, and those who have participated in major public
health events, and intensify efforts to popularize psychological adjustment
methods, and protect the mental health of medical staff from the social,
medical system, and individual levels.
