基于CiteSpace的基层政府职能研究热点及趋势
Research Hotspots and Trends of Grassroots Government Functions Based on CiteSpace

为客观把握基层政府职能领域内的研究热点和发展趋势，文章基于基层政府职能主题，以2000~2021年中文数据库(简称“CNKI”)收录的与基层政府职能相关的302篇期刊作为研究样本，运用CiteSpace软件，采用文献计量法，从发文量趋势、关键词共现、聚类以及关键词突现等方面，多角度分析了我国基层政府职能的研究动态。研究结果表明，发文量总体呈上升趋势；基层政府职能研究热点主要聚集在基层政府、政府职能、条块关系、基层治理、乡镇政府、面向基层6个方面。
In order to objectively grasp the research hotspots and development trends in the field of grass-roots government functions, based on the theme of grass-roots government functions, this paper analyzes the dynamics of grass-roots government functions from multiple angles from the perspectives of publication trend, author co-occurrence, keyword co-occurrence, clustering and keyword prominence from the aspects of 302 journals related to grass-roots government functions included in the 2000~2021 Chinese database (referred to as “CNKI”). The research results show that the overall number of papers published shows an upward trend; scholars mostly focus on independent research and cooperation is not close; and the research hotspots of grass-roots government functions are mainly concentrated in six aspects: grass-roots government, government functions, block relationship, grass-roots governance, township government, and grass-roots level.
