高校机关党建育人工作是“三全育人”的重要组成部分，对推动高校机关党建高质量发展具有重要意义。本文分析了基于“三全育人”的高校机关党建育人工作存在的问题及其原因，有针对性地提出了转变育人观念、发挥育人优势、涵养育人文化、践行育人理念、凝聚育人合力、搭建育人载体、创建育人平台、营造育人氛围等八项对策建议，以期为高校机关党建助力“三全育人”工作提供借鉴。
Cultivating people of Party building in University agencies is an important component of the “San Quan” Education System which is very valuable to enhance the Party building for the University agencies with high quality. This paper analyzed the main existing problems and their causes existing in the process of Cultivating people for Party building in University agencies based on the “San Quan” Education System. To solve the problems, eight targeted solutions are proposed including changing the sense of people cultivation, taking advantage of it, breeding the culture of it, executing the notion of it, unite the power of it, setting up the carrier of it, constructing the platform of it and creating the atmosphere of it. It is expected to provide reference for Party building in University agencies by contributing to the development of “San Quan” Education System.
