论心理契约视角下本科生导师制的建构

Abstract:

本科生导师制强调通过对学生实行个性化辅导,帮助学生实现全面发展,它不仅是一项教学管理制度,也是促进师生关系发展的有效途径。当前本科生导师制存在施行流于形式,师生关系缺乏实质性发展等问题,阻碍了师生间的心理联结和情感交流。在心理契约视角下,期望、承诺及内隐化的心理联结是本科导师制建构的逻辑起点,相较于交易型心理契约,重视契约主体双方情感交流和长期合作的关系型心理契约更符合本科生导师制的建设初衷,在此基础上高校应建立基于师生双向选择、建立定期交流机制的全程导师制。
Tutorial system for undergraduates emphasizes helping students to achieve all-round development through individualized tutoring. It is not only a teaching management system, but also an effective way to promote the development of teacher-student relationship. At present, there are some problems in the tutorial system for undergraduates, such as the mere formality of imple6mentation and the lack of substantial development of the relationship between teachers and students, which hinder the psychological connection and emotional communication between teachers and students. From the perspective of psychological contract, the psychological connection of expectation, commitment and implicit is the logical starting point for the construction of undergraduate tutorial system. Compared with transactional psychological contract, relational psychological contract, which attaches importance to emotional communication and long-term cooperation between the two parties of the contract, is more in line with the original intention of undergraduate tutorial sys-tem construction. On this basis, colleges and universities should establish a full-course tutorial sys-tem based on the two-way choice between teachers and students and the establishment of regular communication mechanism.
