基于OBE教育理念的无人机操控专业人才培养方案研究

Abstract:

为打赢未来无人化战争，必须加快培养堪当强军重任的高素质无人机操控人才，研究与探索适应部队任职岗位需求的无人机操控专业人才培养方案势在必行。本文基于成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education, OBE)理念，采用反向设计的方法，首先对无人机操控人才能力素质模型进行分析，确立人才培养目标，然后对人才培养方案构建进行研究，以期为无人机操控专业人才培养提供参考。
To win the war of the future, we must speed up of the training of high-quality UAV control talents of the task of strengthening the army. It is imperative to study and explore talent training program for UAV control speciality that meet the requirements of military posts. Based on the outcome based education concept, this paper adopts the method of reverse design. Firstly, it analyzes the competency model of UAV control talents, establishes the talent training objectives, and then studies the construction of talent training program, in order to improve the reference for UAV control speciality talent training.
