Abstract:

大学生创新创业本领提升,不仅有利于化解大学生的就业压力,也有利于经济的稳定与可持续发展。针对财经类大学生创新创业教育参与不足、理论与实践教育相脱节以及缺乏大规模实践训练有效手段等问题,开展了如下探索。一方面,对课程进行改革,通过降低理论难度,增加特征事实描述与案例教学,引入社会资源,以全方位加强学生对创新创业活动的价值与规律认知。另一方面,组建实践训练教师指导团队,围绕学科竞赛,通过“以赛代练”方式吸引学生广泛参与实践训练。通过以上两个方面探索,推动了财经类大学生创新创业理论知识与实践知识的相互促进,深化了认知,取得了显著的效果。
The improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is not only conducive to resolving the employment pressure of college students, but also conducive to the stability and sustainable development of economy. In view of the lack of participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education of financial and economic college students, the disconnection between theoretical and practical education, and the lack of effective means of large-scale practical training, the following exploration is carried out. On the one hand, we reform the curriculum, reduce the theoretical difficulty, increase the characteristic fact description and case teaching, and introduce social resources to strengthen students’ understanding of the theory and significance of innovation and entrepreneurship activities in an all-round way. On the other hand, a teacher guidance team should be established to attract students to participate in practical training through “competition instead of practice” around discipline competition. Through the above two aspects, we have promoted the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship of students, deepened their cognition, and achieved remarkable results.
