Causes and Intervention Strategy of University Students’ Speech Anxiety in Front of the Opposite Sex

针对当前大学生演讲焦虑的现实情况，本文聚焦大学生在异性面前演讲焦虑这一话题具有积极意义。本研究分析大学生在异性面前演讲焦虑的成因，结合对大学生个体因素、外在因素及家庭因素等方面的深入分析，提出有效解决大学生在异性面前演讲焦虑的对策措施，主张加强对大学生认知进行提前干预、增强对大学生演讲能力的培养、培养大学生的自述能力以及增加与异性的接触交往，全面提升大学生的演讲水平。
In view of the current situation of university students’ speech anxiety, it is of positive significance to focus on the topic of university students’ speech anxiety in front of the opposite sex. This paper analyzed the causes of university students’ speech anxiety in front of the opposite sex by combining with the in-depth analysis of individual factors, external factors and family factors. Some countermeasures were put forward to effectively solve the anxiety of university students’ speech in front of the opposite sex. This study suggests that it is necessary to strengthen the intervention of university students’ cognition in advance, enhance the training of university students’ speech ability, cultivate their self-report ability and increase their contact with the opposite sex, so as to comprehensively improve their speech level.
