班级是实施教学活动的主要场所,班级管理对于班集体中每一位成员的发展都具有重大意义。辅导员是大学班级管理的主体,应该意识到班级管理的重要性,并结合学生实际发展需求,积极探索更为高效的班级管理理念和模式,提升班级管理水平,营造出一个良好的班级氛围,促使班集体中每一位成员都可以得到更大的进步和发展。根据教学实践表明,心理学理论的合理渗透,能够为大学辅导员的班级管理工作提供全新的视角和方向。鉴于此,本文首先对大学班级管理中存在的不足进行了分析,并从必要性和策略两个方面对心理学理论在大学班级管理中的渗透进行了简要分析。
Class is the main place to implement teaching activities. Class management is of great significance to the development of every member of the class. Counselors are the main body of university class management. They should be aware of the importance of class management, actively explore more efficient class management concepts and models in combination with the actual development needs of students, improve the level of class management, create a good class atmosphere, and promote each member of the class to make greater progress and development. According to the teaching practice, the reasonable penetration of psychological theory can provide a new perspective and direction for the class management of university counselors. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the shortcomings of university class management, and briefly analyzes the penetration of psychological theory in university class management from two aspects of necessity and strategy.
