目的:探讨放松式和激励式护理模式在整形美容患者术后护理的应用效果。方法:选取于2021年6月~2021年12月到我院接受治疗的整形美容术患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组及对照组各45例,观察组行观察放松式和激励式护理,对照组行常规护理,对比分析两组患者焦虑及抑郁评分、术后满意度、生活质量进行对比分析。结果:干预前,两组患者SAS及SDS评分差异均不具备统计学意义(P > 0.05)。干预后,观察组患者SAS评分为(42.13 ± 6.13),对照组为(52.16 ± 6.98),差异具备统计学意义(P
< 0.05)。观察组SDS评分为(44.14 ± 4.18),对照组为(52.14 ± 4.89),差异显著(P < 0.01)。手术效果满意度及护理满意度之间均存在显著差异(P < 0.01)。两组患者在生理、心理、物质功能、社会关系等层面,观察组和对照组的平均差异均存在统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:采用放松式和激励式护理可改善整形美容患者术后焦虑及抑郁情绪,提升患者术后满意度,提高患者生活质量。具有临床推广价值,可推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application
effect of relaxation and incentive nursing mode in postoperative nursing of
plastic and cosmetic patients. Methods: 90 patients with plastic surgery who
were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected
as the research object. They were randomly divided into observation group and
control group, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group received
relaxation nursing and incentive nursing, and the control group received
routine nursing. The anxiety and depression scores, postoperative satisfaction
and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: Before
intervention, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between
the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the SAS score of the
observation group was (42.13 ± 6.13) and that of the control group was (52.16 ±
6.98). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The SDS score of the observation group was (44.14 ± 4.18) and that of the control group was (52.14 ± 4.89) (P < 0.01). There were significant differences between surgical effect satisfaction and nursing satisfaction (P < 0.01). The average difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Relaxation and incentive nursing can improve the postoperative anxiety and depression of plastic surgery patients, improve the postoperative satisfaction and improve the quality of life of patients. It has clinical popularization value and can be popularized and applied.
