Abstract:

目的:探索地方高校药学类专业本科生导师制的实践效果和存在问题。方法:采用调查问卷方式对昆明医科大学3个年级药学类专业673名本科生进行调查,了解药学类专业本科生导师制的实践效果和存在问题。结果:实施本科生导师制总体效果良好,大多数导师对药学类本科生导师制热心和负责,能够在思想、学习和生活方面对指导的本科生进行全方位的指导。86.33%学生认为参加导师制后均有收获,88.85%的学生对实施本科生导师制表示赞同和支持。学生对本科生导师制实施的总体效果评价优良率为81.72%。然而,具体实施过程中还存在一些问题。结论:地方高校药学类专业实行本科生导师制非常必要,有利于提高药学类专业人才培养质量,但实施过程中还存在一些不足,需要在不断实践中进行改进和完善。
Objective: To explore the practical effect and existing problems of tutorial system for pharmaceuti-cal undergraduates in local colleges and universities. Methods: 673 undergraduates majoring in pharmacy in 3 grades of Kunming Medical University were investigated by questionnaire to understand the practical effect and existing problems of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy. Results: The overall effect of implementing the tutorial system for undergraduates was good. Most tutors are enthusiastic and responsible for the tutorial system for pharmaceutical undergraduates, and could provide all-round guidance to the undergraduates in thought, study and life. 86.33% of the students thought that they could benefit from participating in the tutorial system, and 88.85% of the students agreed and supported the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates. The overall effect evaluation of the implementation of tutorial system by students showed the excellent and good rate was 81.72%. However, there are still some problems in the specific implementation process. Conclusion: It is necessary to implement the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy in local colleges and universities, the tutorial system is conducive to improve the training quality of pharmacy talents, but there are still some deficiencies in the implementation process, which need to be improved in continuous practice.
