本文简要概述了大数据时代高职院校思想政治教育工作创新在营造良好教学环境、把握真实思想动态以及扩大教育工作影响上的重要性，对其面临的网络依赖性强、网络约束欠缺、心理问题频发、教师威信下滑以及教育效果不足等问题展开了探讨，并针对以上问题提出了其培养思考能力、强化网络管控、加强心理疏导、更新教育理念、提高教学水平、拓宽教育方式以及注重宣传工作等路径以在大数据时代下加强高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的创新。
This paper briefly summarizes the importance of the innovation of Ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the era of big data in creating a good teaching environment, grasping the real ideological dynamics and expanding the impact of education, and discusses the difficulties it faces, such as strong network dependence, lack of network constraints, frequent psychological problems, decline in teachers’ prestige and insufficient educational effect. In view of the above difficulties, this paper puts forward the innovation of cultivating thinking ability, strengthening network control, strengthening psychological counseling, updating educational ideas, improving teaching level, broadening educational methods and paying attention to publicity, so as to strengthen the ideological and political education of Higher Vocational College Students in the era of big data.
